Cookie policy
Last reviewed:
This policy explains what cookies are, which ones NEXOTECH uses and how you can manage them. It must be reviewed whenever a service that uses cookies is added or removed.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage or device identifiers, work in a comparable way. Some are strictly necessary for a site to work; others, such as personalised advertising or analytics cookies, require your prior consent under EU and UK rules.
Current situation
Until advertising is enabled, NEXOTECH sets no first- or third-party cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking:
- We use no analytics tools.
- Fonts are served from the site itself.
- There are no forms, user accounts or comments.
The hosting provider may use cookies or technical mechanisms that are strictly necessary for the security of the service (for example, attack protection). According to Cloudflare's documentation, these technical cookies aren't used for advertising or tracking.
When advertising is active
If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to:
| Purpose | Requires consent? |
|---|---|
| Show non-personalised ads, prevent fraud and measure basic performance | Depends on applicable law and settings |
| Personalise ads based on your interests | Yes |
| Measure and analyse ad audiences | Generally, yes |
In that case you'll see a consent notice on arrival, managed by a consent management platform (CMP) (we plan to use Google's certified consent platform). Technologies that require consent won't load until you give it, and you'll be able to accept, reject or configure them by purpose just as easily.
You can change your choice at any time via the privacy settings link that will be enabled when advertising goes live or by clearing your browser's cookies.

Managing cookies in your browser
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings:
- Google Chrome (opens in a new tab)
- Mozilla Firefox (opens in a new tab)
- Microsoft Edge (opens in a new tab)
- Safari (opens in a new tab)
Blocking all cookies may affect how some sites work.
